Should you wear a bra?
You don't have to wear a bra if you choose not to. If you're starting to develop breasts and you want to wear a bra, you should talk to your mom or sister and ask about getting one.
A training bra can also help cover up your nipples, which may stick out and become more noticeable as your breasts grow more.
If you don't want a real bra, you can get a training bra or a sports bra.
If your breasts aren't the size you want them to be, you could get a push up or padded bra! They are perfectly okay to wear, and no one knows you're wearing them unless you tell them(:

Breasts are changing...?
When you first start going through puberty, you will probably start developing breasts at 11. Your breasts will start to get larger, and this process takes about two or three years. Sometimes your breast will grow faster than the other one, sometimes they even out; and sometimes they don't. But a lot of women have uneven breasts.
Nipples? What?!
When your breasts develop during puberty, your nipples will go through changes too. As you start to get breasts, the dark skin around your nipple could get bigger.
Some girls have nipples that stick out when they're cold or excited; and others don't. If yours do and you don't like it, you can wear a bra with some extra padding so they aren't as noticeable.
Some girls are born with inverted nipples. They are inward instead of outward. If yours do; it's normal, so there's nothing to worry about.
